Just wanted to say what an excellent, courteous + well spoken chap this Paul Barker is! He came to set some mice traps and explained everything clearly. I am also very impressed at how many traps were set (compared to Man City Councils 3). He worked quickly and efficiently and I am sure you already know what an asset to your company this young chap is. Customers are always quick to complain but we never praise the ones who work hard.He took a cheque payment and had made a further weekend appointment (which I really needed because I am a teacher!) for a second visit. So thanks once again – hopefully this will be the last of the little pesks!(Saxelby Drive, Manchester)
Thanks for your feedback!
There is a problem. Please try again.

So what is an End of Tenancy Fumigation Service?
Today’s market offers a wide range of D.I.Y off-the-shelf products offering to rid a property of insects whether they crawl or fly, but these rarely match up to the effectiveness of professional fumigation – the only sure way to target all areas of the property, especially those corners and cracks where pests like to hide.
Our service is straightforward and once in action, simply leave the property for a couple of hours, then when you arrive back, open all the windows to the property and let fresh air do what it does best! This will ensure our fumigation service provides an effective quality service with maximum possible benefits – every time.
Whether its Mice, Rat, Ants, Cockroaches, Bedbugs or Fleas, we operate our services to the highest possible standards, whatever unwanted guests you may have.
Moving house is a stressful and busy time, so our services can be booked 7 days a week, including evenings at no extra costs. We offer flexibility and value for money, to help you end the tenancy with one less chore to worry about.
Why we are a leading home fumigation provider throughout Manchester, Stockport & Cheshire?

Treatment Details on Common Pests
As an overview, we provide some basic information on common pests, showing you how we operate with the best services on the market:
3 step rat and mouse pest control
- On our first visit we make a full risk assessment of the premises to know precisely where the rats and mice are gaining entry to the property.
- Comprehensive treatment is then applied to the property to efficiently eliminate the infestation
- This is followed by a full pest-proofing of the premises to prevent further infestation (Which will incur a extra cost)
4 step cockroach pest control
- We initially undertake a full risk assessment and survey of the property to assess what factors are contributing to the cockroach infestation, locating their source and noting their species.
- For large infestations we may use a spray treatment initially to reduce the population
- The long term solution uses insecticide gel baits which the cockroaches eat, killing off the entire colony over time.
- Finally, we lay glue traps to capture cockroaches, which help us monitor the efficacy of the long term treatment.
3 step moth pest control
- Our first step applies a residual based insecticide on all carpets and soft furnishings which kill the moths on contact.
- Fumigation treatment is the applied to the affected areas, which draw out the moths from their shelters within the property, and ultimately kills them.
- Going forward, we advise clients not to vacuum or clean the carpets and furnishing affected for the following two weeks, ensuring that the insecticide remains in place to kill remaining moths and moth larvae.
4 step ant pest control
- We begin with a complete risk assessment and survey of the property, determining the source of ant infestation and the contributing factors.
- A residual based insecticide spray to treat all the affected areas internally and externally is applied. Common areas include patio gardens and window frames – this will kill all ants on contact.
- Going forward we encourage clients not to clean the surfaces with treatment, so that the insecticide is more effective, killing any further ants that come into contact with it.
- Remaining ants are killed by the ant control baits we use, with pharoe ants bringing the poison back to their nests.
5 step bed bugs pest control
- A visual survey of the property is needed first to see the level of the infestation and how widely it has spread across the property.
- Clients are then informed and advised on the needed preparation to take.
- All affected areas are applied with a residual based insecticide spray. The spray kills bed bugs on contact, and prevents the growth of their eggs.
- We advise refraining from housework, not cleaning the carpets and furnishings for the following two weeks, allowing the insecticide to kill further bed bugs.
- The same treatment is repeated after two weeks.

Wasp treatment Service in the Manchester, Stockport and Cheshire areas – £59.50
Prices & Services: Wasp Nest Removal prices start at £45 depending on your area, and will cost no more. If you require a wasp nest to be treated then phone or email us. If we find another nest on the site we will only charge £10 for its treatment, no matter the size or location. Also offer a removal of the nest at a extra cost off £45 24-72 hours after treatment – if accessible (lofts, porches, decking, facias, etc) What Happens When We Arrive?
- A full site survey is conducted to identify the nest and check for any other nests on the property. We cannot guarantee that every nest will be spotted, but we endeavour to find all sources of wasps on arrival.
- The area is prepared for treatment with all safety information relayed to you.
- The treatment is applied, which generally triggers high wasp activity around the nest as they attempt to protect the queen wasp.
- The first hour after treatment will show a gradual decrease in wasp activity as the treatment takes effect within the nest. Wasps entering the nest spread the treatment further around the colony.
- After 2 hours, wasp activity will have almost disappeared as the entire colony has been contaminated with the treatment.
- A few wasps yet to return to the nest may remain active in the garden but during the first 24 hour period they too will return and be contaminated.
- After 48 hours the nest is completely dead, with no remaining wasps.

Identifying a Wasp Nest
Wasps construct their nests from the chewed pulp of wood mixed with saliva, resulting in a papery look, distinctive from bee’s wax nests.
They are usually found in sheltered areas with easy access to the outdoors where the wasps forage. Wall cavities, rafters, eaves, sheds, lawn holes, garages and roof spaces are all common haunts for nests.
The best way to find a nest is by watching the route a wasp takes. Later in summer this becomes easier as the wasp population increases.
How big can a Wasp Nest be?
Wasp nests begin small, around the size of a golf ball at first.
But as the summer passes, nests can quickly grow, with a corresponding rise in wasp population. At this stage they can surpass a football in size.
It is therefore best to eliminate the nest as quickly as possible, increasing the chance of success due to fewer numbers, and also before the wasps get hungry and aggressive in late summer.
Difference between Wasps and Bees
Wasps are often confused with bees, but the treatment of each requires different courses of action.
Importantly, bees are considered an endangered species, and their nest can only be removed if it poses a meaningful threat to people. Only after consultation with a qualified bee keeper will we treat a bees nest, and always as a last resort.
For wasps, the situation is simpler with a variety of professional solutions.
Key Facts
The wasps most commonly found in the UK are the Social Wasp (Vespula vulgaris) and the German Wasp (Vespula germanica).
There are other species, equally as problematic, but fortunately much less common:
• Wasps have considerably less bodily hair than bees
• Wasps are thinner than bees with a tighter waist between the thorax and abdomen.
• Wasps are similar in appearance to hornets, but are much smaller in size.
• Yellow and black stripes on their body are key wasp markings.
• They are comprised of three body parts: head, thorax and abdomen.
• The average wasp size is 12 to 17 millimetres.
• Stings only come from female wasps, and unlike bees, they can sting repeatedly.
